Unlawful Detainer Assistants are those who, for compensation, provide assistance or advice in the prosecution or defense of an unlawful detainer claim or action. An unlawful detainer action is a court process by which a landlord seeks to have a tenant evicted and/or pay rent that is owed.
Professional Registrations are only accepted in person at our San Diego Main Office and San Marcos Office from 8am to 3pm, Monday through Friday. Appointments are encouraged, but not required.

An additional $2.50 surcharge is applicable for card payments.
