2024 Secured Assessment Roll Search

Assessor/Recorder/County Clerk Jordan Marks is pleased to provide you with the Notification of 2024 Assessed Value.  This notice includes the assessed values for all locally assessed real property, as well as secured fixtures and business personal property, assessed in the County of San Diego as of January 1, 2024 (Lien Date).   Please note that property ownership information cannot be provided on the internet in accordance with California Government Code section 6254.21. 

Under California law, real property is reassessed upon a change in ownership or new construction.  A reduction in assessed value can also occur when the current market value of a property falls below its base year value, adjusted for inflation.  If none of these changes have occurred, an inflation adjustment based on the California Consumer Price Index (CCPI) is required.

All information contained herein is accurate as of June 30, 2024.  Subsequently, assessed values may change without notice and these changes will not be reflected on this website.  It is the responsibility of the recipient of this data to verify its accuracy, and determine whether the information meets their needs prior to making any judgments or decisions based on this information. The Assessor’s Office does not warrant that the information should be relied on for any purpose.


Assessments can be searched by Parcel Number, Address or Street Name. 

  • Parcel Number: When searching by parcel number, a minimum of 8 digits and separating dashes are required (for example, 123-456-78-90).  
  • Address: For an address search, please enter street number and street name.  Street directions (North, South, E., W., etc.), street types (Dr., St., Ave., etc.), and City names are not required. 
  • Street Name: For a street name search, please enter the street name only. Street Name search is intended for parcels without street numbers.
