As part of my ongoing effort to fight real estate fraud, you are receiving this “Courtesy Notice,” because a deed, quitclaim deed, deed of trust, or mortgage document has been recorded and may affect your real property. A copy of the first three pages of the recorded document is attached for your convenience. Please review to ensure no fraud has occurred.
