San Diego, CA - Due to Valentine’s Day falling on a Saturday in February 2026, Jordan Z. Marks, County Assessor/Recorder/County Clerk, will open the ARCC’s picturesque Downtown waterfront office from 8 to 5 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 14, for marriage license and ceremony appointments on this special day. Walk-ins will also be available on Saturday, Feb. 14, 2026. All other offices will be closed.
“Our team loves being part of your love story,” said San Diego County Assessor/Recorder/County Clerk Jordan Marks. “When most government offices close their doors on Saturdays, I am making sure to open ours so love can win on Valentine’s Day 2026.”
Only our Downtown waterfront location will be open on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for marriage license and ceremony appointments. Couples walking in can choose to exchange vows at the Waterfront Park with the historic County Administration Center as a backdrop, or inside one of our charming ceremony rooms. Appointments can be booked online starting December 27, 2025, at sdarcc.gov/marriages or by calling (619) 237-0502.
