San Diego, CA – The San Diego County Assessor/Recorder/County Clerk (ARCC), Jordan Z. Marks’ Taxpayer Advocate Office led by Martin Arias, will host a Disabled Veterans Resource Fair on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at the County Operations Center in Kearny Mesa starting at 9:00 a.m.
This event will bring together government agencies and essential resources to help those that have sacrificed themselves in service for our community. The San Diego County Assessor’s Office will be providing property tax saving workshops to help our San Diego County disabled veterans. More than 30 vendors, including the DMV, Passport Office, and Social Security Administration, will be on-site to provide “same day service.”
San Diego County Assessor/Recorder/ County Jordan Marks said, “As your elected advocate, my office is laser-focused on ensuring San Diegans, especially our veterans, receive every possible property tax saving to make homeownership more affordable,” said Marks. “My office is #1 in California for serving our disabled veterans and their families because making their homeownership more affordable is my way of honoring their service and sacrifice.”

Jordan Z. Marks, is a countywide elected official, serving as the San Diego County Assessor/Recorder/County Clerk. He was elected to a four-year term in November 2022 to oversee the fifth largest Assessor jurisdiction in the U.S. Marks has ushered in award-winning community outreach and education programs that have resulted in record-high property tax relief that has saved millions for veterans, homeowners, and seniors.
