If the market value of your property falls below the assessed or taxable value as shown on your tax bill, you may submit a request for an “Informal Review of Assessment” for your property between December 1st and April 30th.
The 2022 Assessment Roll has been completed and the Notification of 2022 Taxable Value for all taxable real estate parcels has been posted.
